Business hours are M-F 8am-4pm PST. We do not respond to customer inquires outside of these timeframes whether through email or through social media. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.

What is a preorder?

This is when I have a product currently in production but not in hand yet. Preorder times vary but generally take about a month for me to receive them from when they are first released. This is subject to change, often without notice. I post updates on preorders on my social media accounts & I strongly suggest following those for up to date information on preorders. 

What if I want my items sooner than the preorder items?

If you would like to make multiple item purchases but need something sooner than the preorder then it is recommended to place two separate orders, one for the preorder and one for the in stock items that you do not want to wait for.


When will my order ship?

Generally I ship within 2-3 business days of receiving the order unless otherwise noted in the banner at the top of the website. Vinyl orders typically take 8-12 business days (these do not include holidays/weekends). To check on the status of your order please use the order lookup located at the top of the page.

Do you offer custom printed straws or custom molds?

We do not offer custom requests, including straw prints and silicone molds. We have to place large orders for each design, so it just isn't feasible to accept custom requests. I am however always up for listening to new ideas for future products!

I've reached out to you but haven't heard back, what's the deal?

We answer every email we receive, but for whatever reason sometimes we don't receive all of them. If it has been over 24 hours and you haven't heard a response please reach out to us on any of our social media platforms to ensure we've received your email! Our handle is @happyfoxsupplyco on every platform.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

Do you cover lost, damaged or stolen packages?

We now offer Route to protect all of your packages from loss, theft, or damage. If you do not select Route coverage at checkout then your options for compensation are limited as we do NOT cover lost or stolen packages without purchase of Route coverage.

My package never arrived or it was stolen - what can I do?

If your tracking information shows that it has not been delivered yet please reach out and we will submit a search request for your missing package. While this is extremely frustrating please understand that once these packages leave our hands anything that happens to them is out of our control! 

If your package was stolen you will need to go to and follow their instructions. 

Reusable Straws

Is the print permanent?

The straw print is semi-permanent, meaning it will eventually fade or scratch off in the areas that are frequently used (such as the tip).

How can I prevent fading/chipping?

We recommend using our straw cleaners for everyday cleaning as well as our silicone tip savers to protect the print from wear.

Are the straws dishwasher safe?

Our official answer is that you should hand wash our straws with a straw cleaner for best results, but our customers have put them in dishwashers with good outcomes.

What straw length will best fit my cup?

The best way to find the answer to this is to measure your cup! You'll want around 1.5 inches of straw sticking out from your cup for a comfortable experience.

In general, our 10 inch size fits 20oz skinnies, and 30oz curvy sizes and smaller

Our 9 inch size fits 20oz skinnies and smaller

Our 11 inch size is our longest and will fit 30oz skinnies and smaller

We recommend using our silicone extenders if you require longer straws or would like to use our 10 inch sizes in a 30oz skinny.

Can I resell your straws?

Absolutely! As long as you are purchasing directly from us you are allowed to resell the straws. If you have a resale certificate you can email us to be exempt from taxes on your account.


Do you offer refunds/returns?

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on items unless there is something wrong with the item, in which case we will send out a replacement. Please reach out if this is the case

Can I cancel my order?

Absolutely! As long as we have not shipped your order we can process a cancellation for a full refund.


How long are processing times for vinyl?

Generally 8-12 business days unless otherwise noted in the banner at the top of the website. Business days do not count the day ordered or holidays/weekends. If you order on a Friday, the first business day is Monday unless that is a holiday.

How is the quality of vinyl?

Our vinyl is permanent white backed matte vinyl. It is a high quality finish that is water resistant and fade resistant. The adhesive is acrylic based. Thickness is 4mil.

Where did your vinyl section go?

To prevent order overwhelm and failure to meet processing times we have limited vinyl orders to the first 2 weeks of the month. After that all vinyl orders will close until the following month.
