Returns/Exchanges:
Unless specifically noted, all purchases are final due to the nature of the products. However, if there are any issues or any defects please contact us for a replacement. 

Preorders:
If purchasing a preorder item, all items within the same order will not ship UNTIL the preorder ships. If you'd like your items to ship sooner please place a separate order. This is to save you on shipping by shipping everything together. 

Shipping:
Items are shipped USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority and usually go out within 3-5 Business Days. Delivery usually takes 2-3 days from the shipping date. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items:
Please email us at info@happyfoxsupplyco.com and we can file a claim.

Lost/Not Delivered:
If your tracking has not updated in several days you can submit a search request claim at USPS.com or you can contact us and we will initiate the claim. Please note that this will take several days to possibly a week to come to a resolution.

Stolen/Delivered But Not Received:
If your package was marked delivered and you did not receive it, you can contact your local post office to see where it was marked delivered. If they confirm the correct address then you will need to follow the steps here https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Mail-Theft.

Damaged Items:
Please reach out to us at info@happyfoxsupplyco.com and provide pictures of the damaged products.
