Returns/Exchanges

Unless specifically noted, all purchases are final due to the nature of the products. However, if there are any issues or any defects please contact us for a replacement. 

Preorders

If purchasing a preorder item, all items within the same order will not ship UNTIL the preorder ships. If you'd like your items to ship sooner please place a separate order. This is to save you on shipping by shipping everything together. 

Shipping

Items are shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority and usually go out within 3-5 Business Days. Delivery usually takes 2-3 days from the shipping date. Due to the global pandemic I cannot guarantee shipping times, even when purchasing Express shipping. Please visit usps.com for more information regarding their shipping delays.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items

We now offer Route protection at checkout which will cover any lost, stolen, or damaged items. If you choose to not select Route coverage at checkout we do not offer additional coverage/compensation for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking has not updated in several days you can submit a search request claim at USPS.com or you can contact us and we will initiate the claim. Please note that this will take several days to possibly a week to come to a resolution. Unfortunately if it is deemed lost we do not replace lost packages. This is because once the package leaves our hands it becomes the sole responsibility of USPS/the carrier and anything that happens to it is totally out of our control. Please choose Route coverage at checkout to be covered!
