Unless specifically noted, all purchases are final due to the nature of the products. However, if there are any issues or any defects please contact us for a replacement.
If purchasing a preorder item, all items within the same order will not ship UNTIL the preorder ships. If you'd like your items to ship sooner please place a separate order. This is to save you on shipping by shipping everything together.
Shipment is completed based on the selection chosen at checkout (UPS/USPS). For processing/shipping timeframes please see our FAQ and/or check the banner at the top of the website.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items
We offer Route protection at checkout which will cover any lost, stolen, or damaged items. If you choose to not select Route coverage at checkout we do not offer additional coverage/compensation for lost or stolen packages.
To file a Route claim please use the Route link located in your confirmation email.
If your tracking has not updated in several days you can submit a search request claim at USPS.com. Please note that this will take several days/weeks to come to a resolution.
Unfortunately if it is deemed lost we do not replace lost packages. Once the package leaves our hands it becomes the sole responsibility of USPS/the carrier and anything that happens to it is totally out of our control. Please choose Route coverage at checkout to be covered!
